This is my interpretation of a Restored Woodland Manse from Dragon of Icespire Peak, where the property has been restored to a usable state either before it was ruined or after the party liberates the structure and spends time/resources seeing it restored.

The Restored version has [2] floors forming a medium-sized compound, capable of supporting servants, guards, guests, researchers and the head wizard.
