This is my interpretation of the Stag Lord's Fort from the Kingmaker module, with the fort (2 levels plus a cellar) and surrounding hillside. I must also credit Acrobata as a source of inspiration. I've also included an illustrated scene by Yans Velazquez to help set the stage.
The map depicts a wooden palisade fort reinforcing the ruins of an old monastery, and lay home to a group of bandits. The fort is rather simply and contains a small stables, storage area, Stag Lord's private chambers, hog roasting area and sleeping quarters, common area, owlbear pen and small garden.
The exterior hills fall away from the elevated position of the fort, many of them lined with gravestones left from when the monastery was whole. To the east, a series of large boulders rise from along the shoreline, with narrow gaps providing access to the water.
The map expands upon the included one, providing a large amount of space to plan your approach to the hill fort, with multiple options for cover, secrecy and elevation.
