I've been working on a Monster Hunter Journal that features several creatures common to many different TTRPG's and mythology and wanted to begin creating lairs for those creatures to accompany with the rest. This is the most recent entry of the Wyvern and its lair. I've included an illustrated scene by Ha Art to help set the stage.

The base map features some grassy foothills with a waterfall and cave mouth leading toward an interior.

The area should have a lot of various elements to help make for an interesting encounter with difficult terrain, water hazards, soft and hard cover and lots of elevation.

If you're not actively hunting wyverns, then I imagine all manner of beastie might live within that cave that may work for your own homebrew narrative.
