This is my interpretation of the Werewolf Den from Curse of Strahd, which also just happens to focus on a Halloween-appropriate subject - Werewolves!

The map depicts a Werewolf Den located in the snowy mountains, the cave mouth shaped like the maw of a howling wolf. Inside the caves lay several different living areas, a small internal spring, and a tunnel rising toward an upper slope of the mountain, where the tribe conducts some vicious pit-fighting to determine whom gets to join their ranks.

Even if you aren't playing this module, the den would make a great location for your Homebrew campaign or even for a stop on your Halloween one-shot, perhaps visiting a collection of some of the most classic horror creatures.
