The Enchanted Estate is a magical home originally built by a reclusive wizard named Vandarin Sills. It was rumored that Vandarin’s home was capable of moving locations, as he conducted field research in remote locations or while meeting with colleagues in large cities.

The home appears as a three-story house with an adjoined stables to the left and tower along the rear. Its brown and beige exterior is crafted from beams of dark wood and covered in tangles of vines or splashes of color from wildflowers.

It was also rumored by some of the mage’s visitors that the upper floor of the home was impossibly large, with hallways and chambers defying reality in size and scope, though the mage had precious few friends and even fewer guests call upon his home.

Over the last several decades, the house has sat in the same small town with overgrown vines and wildflowers crawling about the exterior. Though light still shines from the upper level windows, no one has seen the mage for years and many wonder if he is still alive.

A few days ago, someone said that a piece of parchment had appeared on the front door, simply labeled “For Sale”.
