This is my interpretation of Iniarv's Tower, a ruined stone tower overlooking the High Road as it passes through the periphery of the Mere of the Dead Men.

I've included a good deal of swampland around the tower, the road, as well as expanded the tower size to create both more room for encounters, as well as potential for a restored version that players could use as a headquarters or the DM could use as a quest hub, resource center or tactical location.
