This small dungeon sits at the southern end of the Seatower of Balduran, a small keep connected to the city by a thin bridge that watches over the Bay and helps in defense against attack from the sea.

The dungeon connects with the guard towers overhead and contain two "wings", including an area for processing prisoners (stripped of clothing, scrubbed down, washed and given new clothes), as well as a more administrative side where they keep careful logs of everyone in and out. A small barracks also exists here, for guards stationed to guarding the dungeon.

Through either of those chambers exists the prison cells, capable of holding 15 prisoners comfortably and perhaps double that uncomfortably, though most are transferred to the city prison, if their stay is deemed longer term.

Also attached is access to a cistern, which connects with several pipes feeding rainwater down below, which provides some potential access points up into the yard for creatures Small or less in size.
